Has worked in the field of corporate finance, M & A and consulting for over 30 years.
Was partner with Ernst & Young since 2002 and retired in 2016. Was initially the national head of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and subsequently took over the role of managing a number of large corporate accounts of the firm. In this role, was responsible for managing and growing the firm’s overall relationship with the clients across the service lines of assurance, taxation, consulting and transactions.
Prior to Ernst and Young, was the head of Mergers and Acquisitions of the India business of J M Morgan Stanley covering a wide range of transactions including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring.
