Resident Engineer August 2006 – December 2008 (2 years 5 months) •Led functional teams comprising of the customer and internal groups and tracked open issues in weekly meetings. Improved Customer satisfaction by proactively addressing tasks to meet the Project timeline and ensuring smooth project management. •Designed process details of Diagnostics Requirements Specifications for all Push Button Start System. This document is used as a guide by Engineers at Continental and Ford. •Led warranty meetings to resolve and analyze manufacturing and functional issues to reduce future warranty costs. Trouble-shooted various technical issues related to program launches with respect to their claims. Reduced Warranty claims by 25% on current production Lincoln module. •Led a team of 11 to successfully resolve a critical launch issue in a Mercury Project. About 6000 cars had to be reflashed in a span of 3 days with limited resources at my disposal. Due to effective coordination of team effort the task was completely successfully in 2.5 days.
