Jay has a significant track record in media, advertising, IT, Telecom, and software, with deep domain knowledge in Telecom Software, B2B marketing and B2C brand creation.

Jay is quoted in media for telecom policy, marketing and retail innovation, social media and entrepreneurship.He is also a featured speaker at IIT-Delhi, FMS- Delhi and MDI, Gurgaon.

Since startup, DIGIQOM has incubated, mentored and spun-off five service line propositions.
FULCRUM- PR and media advocacy launched BlackBerry handhelds in India and managed the policy interface for the security issue in 2008. Fulcrum also managed media and corporate reputation in India and abroad for Apollo Tyres, IVCA, IAN, among others.
FULCRUM also launched “Flite” a pioneering concept of ‘pay-per-use’ pre-paid PR during the downturn.
iDQ- Digital Asset creation and management i.e.Tata Indicom’s intranet, GHCL’s corporate site, VLCC’s online branding, among others.
e-Omega- ‘Online Perception and Reputation Management Service Engine’, managed online perception for consulting giants such as Ernst&Young as well as launched India’s first entrepreneurship drive- The Economic Times Power of Ideas campaign.
Cloud9 Media- India’s #1 “Social Media Conversations Company” creates conversation campaigns for sports giants such as Nike, fashion brands Alcott Italia, and Lerros Germany, and social networks for foodies, fashionistas and sports.

Jay led Corporate Communications and Marketing at Hughes Software Systems, HSBC and Nokia, delivering on several fronts including India’s first book built IPO, the most admired brand, global M&A’s, CSR campaigns, and in supporting two startups, RightServe, a pioneer in web advertising in India, and Hughes BPO, now Quatrro.
