Dr. Paritosh Basu is a scholarly academician. He has served the corporate world for about 34 years. He was the Group Controller of Essar Group till June, 2013, and CFO of Reliance Communications Ltd. till August, 2008. Now he is a full time Sr. Professor of NMIMS School of Business Management, and engaged in research and consulting activities.
Dr. Basu’s experience in MNCs spans over a wide spectrum across continents in: Corporate reporting, finance, strategic planning, risk management, due diligence, governance, etc.; M&A, IPO and Listing, FCCBs and bond transactions in overseas and domestic bourses; Extensive IT enablement with multiple systems development and integration, shared services centre, etc.; and Teaching, training, mentoring, knowledge management, MDPs, consulting and advisory services.
