The session was filled with a lot of information about , how did big companies like nike, Addidas etc work and manage their cashflow. What is an marwadi way of cashflow which is famous worldwide for its method. How and why do companies fail due to lack of their cashflow management. Why remembering history is important for cashflow management.
The overall session gave a brief idea to all the Entrepreneurs to give their 10% of time in constructing a proper cashflow chart for the company.
