  4. Knowledge Sessions on specific topics 
    • Valuations, 
    • Product Development & Roadmap,  
    • Utilization of Funds,  
  5. Assistance with documentation required to be in place before pitching to Investors, DD (Due Diligence), etc. 

Connect the Startup Founders with the relevant and interested Investors 

  1. Facilitate in setting up one on one meetings with the Investors 
  2. Support in Closing the round & in overall documentation including 
  • Term Sheet,  
  • Investor Agreements,  
  • Shareholder Agreements, 
  • Other Compliances, etc.
