Currently, Tanay is the Executive Director at Paranjape Builders Private Limited. As Executive Director, he is responsible for restructuring their Slum Rehabilitation Projects and Litigated Land parcels. Additionally, he oversee our team dedicated to industrial and ware house construction. Previously, Tanay worked with KPMG and Lazard in their Corporate Finance and Mergers & Advisory Practices in the Mumbai and New York offices.
Tanay holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics from the Brandeis University, United States. He was recently conferred with the Young Achiever Award for Excellence in Real Estate and Infrastructure.
